You shall only have one (1) account with the Service (which, for clarity, means that You will not register (or attempt to register) for more than one (1) account); provided that, within such personal account with the Service you may be able to open sub-accounts.
FEES; PAYMENT; RETURN POLICY
Certain products offered by (or on behalf of) SALADI through the Site (such as bags, purses and/or other accessories) will require payment by you (“Products”). You shall pay all applicable fees, as described on the Site, in connection with the Products selected by you. All fees are payable upon demand through UPI, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Credit card. SALADI reserves the right to change its prices (and to institute new charges) for the Products at any time. Purchases by you following the posting of such changes on the Site constitutes your acceptance of any new or increased charges. Purchases are subject to SALADI’s Shipping and Returns Policy.

Should your behaviour fail to adhere strictly to any provision of this section, SALADI may, at its sole discretion, immediately terminate your access to the Service.

SALADI’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR DIRECT DAMAGES SHALL NOT EXCEED (IN THE AGGREGATE) $10 (U.S.) (PROVIDED THAT, IN THE CASE OF CLAIMS RELATED TO PRODUCTS YOU PURCHASED FROM SALADI, SUCH AMOUNT SHALL BE THE PURCHASE PRICE). You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless SALADI, its affiliates and their employees, contractors, officers, directors and representatives from all liabilities, claims, and expenses, including attorneys' fees, that arise from your use or misuse of the Service.
Saladi recognises the importance of serving its customers in the global marketplace. However, Saladi makes no representation that the Content is appropriate or available for use in locations outside India, and accessing the Service is prohibited from territories where such Content is illegal. If you access the Service from other locations, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
By ordering goods from Saladi destined to EU-member states specifically, services will be provided to you only after you explicitly agree to become Importer of Record (“IOR”) and as such customs clearance shall be made in your name and on your behalf. As IOR, you agree to be ultimately responsible for importing the products ordered by you into the destination EU-member state and are solely responsible for the payment of duties, and taxes either at the time of sale if prepayment is selected or at the time of importation if prepayment is not selected. You hereby give a proxy or power of attorney (“POA”) to Saladi’s designated shipping provider for the customs clearance of products ordered by you. This POA authorizes Saladi’s designated shipping provider’s assigned customs broker to act on behalf of you. Saladi’s designated shipping provider’s intervention with respect to customs formalities may be done by a customs agent assigned by Saladi’s designated shipping provider on your behalf. You hereby acknowledge to have understood the concept of IOR and the need of the POA and further state that the terms of the POA or terms of the purchase from Saladi and transportation conditions from Saladi’s designated shipping provider are not unreasonable or unknown to you, that you have read them, understood them and further have agreed to them.
INTEGRITY AND SEVERABILITY
These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Saladi regarding the Service and the use of this Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals (whether oral, written, or electronic) between you and Saladi regarding this Site (excluding the use of any software which may be subject to a separate end-user license agreement). If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms of Service will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
These Terms of Service and the Service provided hereunder are personal to you and may not be assigned, transferred, or sublicensed by you without the prior written consent of Saladi. Saladi may assign, transfer, or delegate any of its rights and obligations under these Terms of Service without your consent. Any waivers or modifications must be in writing and signed by both parties, except as otherwise provided herein. No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created as a result of these Terms of Service and neither party has any authority of any kind to bind the other in any respect. In any action or proceeding to enforce rights under these Terms of Service, the prevailing party will be entitled to recover costs and attorneys' fees. All notices under these Terms of Service will be in writing and will be deemed to have been duly given when received, if personally delivered or sent by certified or registered mail, return receipt requested; when receipt is electronically confirmed, if transmitted by facsimile or e-mail; or the day after it is sent, if sent for next day delivery by recognized overnight delivery service.
COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARK NOTICES
“Saladi” as well as page headers, custom graphics, buttons, images and other content on the Site, are subject to trademark, service mark, trade dress, copyright and or other proprietary or intellectual property rights or licenses held by Saladi Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors, supplier or partners. Other trademarks, product names and company names or logos used on the Site are the property of their respective owners. Except as expressly authorised, the use or misuse of any trademarks, trade names, logos, images, graphics or content from the Site is strictly prohibited.
We are committed to ensuring that your purchases are delivered to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. All products are shipped from our own workshop/warehouse based in the National Capital Region, India.
For domestic orders, we deliver within 2-7 business days from the receipt of payment. To ensure timely delivery, our staff or third-party courier or logistics companies will deliver orders between 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays.
For International orders, we deliver within 7-10 business days from the receipt of payment. We use third-party courier or logistics companies such as DHL, BlueDart, UPS, Fedex.
Please note that products must be signed for upon delivery, and the acknowledgement serves as conclusive evidence of delivery. We cannot be held responsible for acknowledgements signed by a person other than the one who placed the order at the specified address. As transactions are authorized by the cardholder, we are not liable for any incorrect addresses provided at the time of purchase.
We make every effort to ensure that your products arrive in perfect condition. However, if a product arrives damaged, please email us at email@example.com with your order reference number.
We will do our best to arrange for a replacement delivery as soon as possible.
Please be aware that title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you will pass on to you upon Saladi's shipment to the shipping carrier.
Free Shipping for all Saladi orders, including replacements. Saladi will make up to three delivery attempts for your order. If the customer is unreachable or does not accept delivery after three attempts, Saladi reserves the right to cancel the order at its discretion. In such cases, store credit will be issued to the customer.
CANCELLATION BY SALADI
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your account has been charged, an in-store credit shall be given to your registered account.
CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER/CLIENT(S)
In case of requests for order cancellations, Saladi reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. As part of our usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/approved by us, we shall cancel the order and issue store credit to you. Please note that we will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed. Saladi has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. By placing an order with Saladi, you agree not to dispute the decision made by Saladi and accept our decision regarding the cancellation.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
All content, products, and services on the Saladi website are provided to you "as is" without any express or implied warranty, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, security or accuracy.
Except as required under applicable consumer protection law, Saladi shall not be held liable for any loss or damage caused by a user's reliance on information obtained through the website. It is the user's responsibility to evaluate the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any opinion, advice, or other content available on the website. We recommend seeking the advice of professionals as appropriate regarding the evaluation of any specific opinion, advice, product, service, or other content.
No cash refund shall be given in any case, including but not limited to the following:
Return of products in case of defective products/products not as per the original order
Non-processing of order due to technical errors
Cancellation of order.
In-store credit shall be given to the customer in above mentioned cases. In store credit means an amount shall be credited to the account of customer (excluding taxes and shipping charges), and the same shall be used by the customer for making their next online purchase on the website. If the customer does not have an account on the website, the same shall be created for getting the in store credit.
To initiate a return for any item that is received damaged or not as per your original order, or if the size does not fit properly, kindly contact our customer support team by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. SALADI shall determine whether the product is eligible for replacement and communicate the decision to you. All defective products that are not as per your order must be returned with a copy of the original receipt and a valid return authorization number. Please note that postage and charges for return of the product may or may not be refunded depending on the validation of the return request. Products must be in a saleable condition, unused, with all product tags attached, and sent back to us in proper packaging. Kindly allow us 7 days from the day we receive the product for your return request to be processed. You will be notified of the status of your return request once it has been accepted or rejected. Please note that damages caused due to neglect, improper usage, or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy. Special rules for promotional offers may supersede this Policy. In all cases, SALADI's decision to replace the product shall be considered final and binding.
WEB MONEY / IN STORE CREDIT
Web Money / In-Store Credit Web money is the credit given to you by SALADI in your account on www.saladienterprises.com. This credit can be used to make purchases on www.saladienterprises.com only and shall not be valid anywhere else. The customer has the option to redeem as much credit as he/she wants from his/her account. The remaining amount can be paid using the online payment methods available. The validity of web money shall be one year from the day it was credited to the customers account. Web money cannot be redeemed for cash or cash equivalent and can only be used for purchase of products. Unused web money shall expire on the date of expiry and will be no longer available for the customer's use.
