This Privacy Policy pertains to the way we handle Personal Information that we obtain when you use or access our Services. However, it does not cover the practices of entities that we do not own or control, or individuals whom we do not manage. The term "Personal Information" refers to any data that identifies or pertains to a particular person, and also includes information that is considered "personally identifiable information" or "personal information" under relevant data privacy legislation. This Policy is only applicable to Personal Data that we collect from you directly or through other channels. We acquire various types of Personal Information from our users, as elaborated in more depth below, and we use this Personal Information internally to support our Services, including personalization, provision, and enhancement of our services, setting up of user accounts and profiles, reaching out to you, fulfilling requests for specific products and services, and analyzing how you use our Services. We do not intentionally collect or request personal information from anyone below the age of 13. Credit card or other payment information is stored only by our payment processor and our third-party fraud detection service provider.

We obtain Personal Information about you from various sources, including information that you intentionally provide to us. If you share your third-party account login credentials with us or use them to sign in to our Services, some of the content and/or data from those accounts (known as "Third Party Account Information") may be transferred to your account with us, subject to your approval. This Privacy Policy applies to Third Party Account Information transmitted to our Services. Certain details may be necessary to register with us or access some of our features.

If you use our Services to buy something, we may request certain Personal Information from you to complete the transaction and deliver the product. We store just a small amount of your credit card data, following the guidelines set forth by credit card companies.     We may communicate with you if you’ve provided us the means to do so. For example, if you’ve given us your email address, we may send you promotional email offers for SALADI products and on behalf of other businesses that we work with, or email you about your use of the Services. Also, we may receive a confirmation when you open an email from us. This confirmation helps us make our communications with you more interesting and improve our services. Moreover, if we, or substantially all of our assets, were acquired, or if we go out of business or enter bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party, and we would share Personal Data with the party that is acquiring our assets. This section outlines the methods by which SALADI may distribute and reveal Information. SALADI has the right to reveal your Personal Information to service providers and other entities for the following business objectives:

SALADI may convert your Personal Information into de-identified information to protect your anonymity, and may provide this information and/or aggregate usage data to service providers or other entities we collaborate with. These service providers and other entities may also supply us with independently developed or acquired aggregate de-identified information. Furthermore, we may combine aggregate usage information from pixel tags, web beacons, and cookies with similar data collected from other visitors to improve our Services. However, this de-identified information cannot be traced back to you.

Under certain circumstances, businesses or third parties we are affiliated with may sell or offer products or services to you through or in association with the Services (either alone or jointly with us). You can recognize when an affiliated business is involved in such a transaction or service, and we will only share your Personal Information with that affiliated business if it pertains to that transaction or service. We have no control over the policies and practices of third-party websites or businesses with regard to privacy or anything else, so please review all such business' or websites' policies if you choose to participate in any transaction or service related to an affiliated website or business.

We collaborate with advertisers and/or merchant partners ("Advertisers") to promote SALADI and its partners' products and services, and you agree that we may provide information (such as email addresses, cookies, and IP addresses for online advertising and your name and address for physical mailers) to our Advertisers to enable them to select the appropriate audience for their advertisements and/or offers.


We employ other companies and individuals to perform tasks on our behalf, and may need to share your information with them to provide you with products or services; for example, third-party analytics companies help us understand and improve our Services, and we may use a payment processing company to receive and process your credit card transactions on our behalf. Unless otherwise stated, our agents do not have the right to use the Personal Information we share with them beyond what is necessary to assist us. Note that an "agent" may also be considered a "service provider" in certain situations and would be subject to the terms of the "De-identified Information" section in that regard.


We may opt to purchase or sell assets, and may share and/or transfer customer information in connection with the assessment of and entry into such transactions. In addition, if we (or our assets) are acquired, or if we go out of business, enter bankruptcy, or undergo some other change of control, Personal Information may be one of the assets transferred to or acquired by a third party.


We retain the right to access, read, preserve, and disclose any information we believe is necessary to comply with the law or a court order; enforce or apply our Terms of Use and other agreements; or safeguard the rights, property, or safety of Company, our employees, our users, or others.




To ensure your privacy and security, your account is safeguarded by a password. If you access your account via a third-party site or service, you may be required to follow their additional or different sign-on procedures. It is your responsibility to choose a strong password, prevent unauthorized access, and log out of your account after each use to limit access to your computer or device and browser.

While we make every effort to protect your account and Personal Information, we cannot guarantee complete security due to potential unauthorised access, hardware or software failure, and other unforeseen factors that may compromise the security of user information at any time.


Through your account settings, you may access, and, in some cases, edit or delete the following information you've provided to us:
